Either you have too many widget put up, specially those that need updates, eg. weather widget, Feeds, News, buddy now, etc.
Keep it to minimal. Use only when neccessary.
Or you have just finish playing some high intensity games or heavy net surfing.
It was mentioned that the SDK bada uses have memory leak issue.
Just off and on the phone and problem can get solved.

Oh ... with that info, i think i can only make guesses.

Apart from those i mentioned, other cases of memory chomper are:

a.  accumulated cache and cookies from internet surfing, this need to be deleted. but don't seems to be for your case as you don't use it to surf internet.

b. accumulated email messages that take up lots of memory space, again, this is not your case.

c. Saving all pics, music, files and such on phone memory instead of memory card. again, it might not be for you.

d. All i can think of is that you have keep your phone at "On" mode for a long period of time, and that may result in accumulated memory leaks somewhere in the phone.

e. Maybe lets give a try by switching off and on your phone and monitor the time it takes for this issue to re-surface. Maybe with that, we can make another guess on what has occur.

Oh, have you perform any FW upgrade or this FW is in stock version?

ok, so lets give a try and see how long it takes before the issue arise again.
This is not the best work around but the most harmless for now.
It seems that it is a design flaws that we hope Samsung will pluck it in times to come.

Some said it should improve with new FW 1.2 that is coming.
I think we can only know when that happens.

Just looking at the bright side, at least it does not crash the phone and need to do soft or hard reset like those old window phones.

quite a few of us have email them on various issue and all we got is the typical corporate response and followed with stone wall silence.
I am going by the other way by posting it on the various Samsung facebook pages and hopefully draw more support and hopefully, Samsung will take notice.
Yes, it is ridiculous but they leave us no choice but to find every possible avenue just to get to them.
